General Disclaimer

Zirelia ("the Software") is provided for educational and research purposes only. The developers, contributors, and maintainers of Zirelia:

  1. Are not responsible for any account suspensions, shadowbans, permanent bans, or any other penalties imposed by Twitter/X, Instagram, or any other social media platform resulting from the use of this software.
  2. Are not responsible for the content generated and published by the AI persona. All published content is under the full and exclusive responsibility of the operator.
  3. Make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated text or images.
  4. Are not responsible for any costs incurred through use of third-party APIs (OpenAI, Replicate, Twitter API, Meta API, etc.).

Platform Terms of Service Compliance

By using Zirelia, you acknowledge that:

  • Automated posting may violate the Terms of Service of social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.).
  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the ToS of any platform you use this software with.
  • The developers take no responsibility for ToS violations, account terminations, or legal consequences arising from your use of this software.

[!WARNING] Twitter/X's Terms of Service prohibit automated activity that mimics human behavior at scale. The free tier of the Twitter API explicitly allows bots, but limits and rules still apply. Always review the current Twitter Automation Rules.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This software generates content using Large Language Models (LLMs) and image diffusion models. The developers:

  • Do not endorse any content generated by the AI.
  • Cannot guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, bias, hallucinations, or inappropriate material.
  • Are not liable for any reputational, legal, or financial harm caused by AI-generated content.

Third-Party API Costs

Zirelia integrates with paid external APIs. By using this software, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for any API costs incurred (OpenAI, Replicate, Twitter API, etc.).
  • The developers have no control over third-party pricing changes.
  • It is your responsibility to monitor your API usage and set spending limits on your API provider dashboards.

"As-Is" Software

This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or contributors be liable for any claim, damage, or other liability arising from the use of the software.

Synthetic Identity & Likeness ⛔

[!CAUTION] Using Zirelia to impersonate real people is strictly prohibited.

  1. No Real People: It is expressly forbidden to configure the Software (via YAML, LoRA, prompts, or any other method) to generate content that represents, imitates, or could reasonably be confused with a real natural person, living or deceased, without their explicit written consent.
  2. AI Model Provider Liability: Images are generated by third-party AI diffusion models (FLUX.1, SDXL via Replicate Inc.). The Author of Zirelia has no control over training data, weights, or outputs of these models. If a generated image unintentionally resembles a real person, the technical responsibility lies with the AI model provider (Replicate Inc. / model developer), not with the Author of Zirelia.
  3. Deepfake Laws: The operator must comply with all applicable synthetic media laws, including:
    • Italy: Art. 494 c.p. (identity substitution), Art. 10 c.c. (right to likeness), GDPR
    • EU: AI Act (Reg. 2024/1689), Art. 50 — transparency obligation for AI-generated content
    • International: All locally applicable deepfake, right of publicity, and identity theft laws
  4. Mandatory AI Labeling: Per the EU AI Act and industry best practices, the operator must clearly label all AI-generated content (e.g., "AI-generated" in the social profile bio or posts).
  5. Indemnification: The operator agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Author from any claims, damages, costs, or legal actions by third parties related to their use of the Software.

Third-Party AI Model Provider Disclaimer

Zirelia is an orchestration tool that connects to third-party AI services. The Author:

  • Has no affiliation with Replicate Inc., Black Forest Labs (FLUX.1), Meta Platforms Inc., OpenAI Inc., X Corp., Anthropic PBC, or any other provider.
  • Has no control over the training data, model weights, or outputs of any third-party AI model.
  • Is not responsible for any intellectual property, likeness, or copyright issues arising from third-party AI model outputs.
  • All trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
