  1. Are not responsible for any account suspensions, shadowbans, permanent bans, or any other penalties imposed by Twitter/X, Instagram, or any other social media platform resulting from the use of this software.
  2. Are not responsible for the content generated and published by the AI persona. All published content is under the full and exclusive responsibility of the operator.
  3. Make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated text or images.
  4. Are not responsible for any costs incurred through use of third-party APIs (OpenAI, Replicate, Twitter API, Meta API, etc.).

Platform Terms of Service Compliance

By using Zirelia, you acknowledge that:

  • Automated posting may violate the Terms of Service of social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.).
  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the ToS of any platform you use this software with.
  • The developers take no responsibility for ToS violations, account terminations, or legal consequences arising from your use of this software.

[!WARNING] Twitter/X's Terms of Service prohibit automated activity that mimics human behavior at scale. The free tier of the Twitter API explicitly allows bots, but limits and rules still apply. Always review the current Twitter Automation Rules.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This software generates content using Large Language Models (LLMs) and image diffusion models. The developers:

  • Do not endorse any content generated by the AI.
  • Cannot guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, bias, hallucinations, or inappropriate material.
  • Are not liable for any reputational, legal, or financial harm caused by AI-generated content.

Third-Party API Costs

Zirelia integrates with paid external APIs. By using this software, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for any API costs incurred (OpenAI, Replicate, Twitter API, etc.).
  • The developers have no control over third-party pricing changes.
